GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Products

Our products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are non-contractual and may differ slightly from the final product. Garments are manufactured and shipped from Switzerland.

2. Awards

Prices are quoted in [CHF], inclusive of all taxes. Delivery costs are added at the time of order and clearly indicated before payment.

3. Control

All orders are confirmed by email. Cléo93 reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment problems, suspicion of fraud, or stock shortage.

We deliver from Switzerland to Switzerland and internationally (if applicable). Delivery times are indicative and may vary according to destination. (3 to 7 working days in Switzerland).

6. Feedback and discussion

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item that does not suit you, without justification.

Return conditions :

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and with its tags.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense (unless we are mistaken).
  • Once the return has been received and validated, a refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7 to 10 working days.

Exchange for another size:

  • If you wish to change size, please contact us at cleo93sarl@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.
  • We will send you the new size within a maximum of 2 weeks after receipt of the returned item (subject to stock availability).
  • Reshipment costs may be charged to the customer.

7. Liability

Cléo93 cannot be held responsible for any delays or failures related to delivery services, or for any consequences related to inappropriate use of the products sold.

8. Personal data

The data collected during the ordering process is used solely to manage purchases, deliveries and customer relations. We do not share any personal data with third parties without your explicit consent. You may request access to, modification or deletion of your data at any time.

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (text, logos, visuals, photos, design) are the exclusive property of Cléopâtre sàrl and may not be used or reproduced without prior written authorization.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by private international law.
